Legal Notice, Product Compliance, Geo-Fencing, Buyer Liability, and Age Requirement

This Policy supplements and is incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions of R/R Sports International, Inc. d/b/a Blaze Powersports (“Seller”). In the event of a conflict, the Terms & Conditions control.

SCOPE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing any product from this website, including but not limited to recreational vehicle parts, welding supplies, knives, swords, martial arts equipment, air rifles, airsoft products, blowguns, or related accessories, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this Policy.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Buyer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase any restricted or regulated product. By placing an order, Buyer affirms compliance with this requirement.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND BUYER OBLIGATION

Buyer is solely responsible for determining whether any product may be legally purchased, shipped, possessed, carried, imported, or used at the billing address, shipping address, and destination jurisdiction.

Seller does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of any product in Buyer’s jurisdiction.

REGULATED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS (NON-EXHAUSTIVE EXAMPLES)

Certain products sold by Seller may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Nunchaku: Restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including Massachusetts.

  • Airsoft guns: Regulated in certain cities and states; imitation firearm requirements may apply.

  • Pellet / BB guns: Subject to state and local regulation based on power, appearance, or classification.

  • Throwing stars (shuriken): Restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions, including Illinois.

  • Throwing knives and fixed blade knives: Subject to blade length, carry, and location restrictions.

  • Assisted-opening, spring-assist, or balisong knives: May be regulated as automatic or switchblade knives.

  • Swords, daggers, and long blades: May be restricted by blade length, carry, or public display laws.

  • Blowguns: Prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including California and Massachusetts.

GEO-FENCING AND ORDER BLOCKING LIMITATIONS

Seller may employ geo-fencing, manual address validation, or automated controls to restrict shipments to certain locations. These systems are provided as a courtesy only.

Buyer acknowledges that no geo-fencing or compliance system is infallible, and Seller has no duty to independently verify the legality of each order beyond reasonable automated measures.

BUYER LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

If Buyer places an order in violation of applicable law, Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for all resulting consequences, including but not limited to fines, seizure, forfeiture, civil penalties, or criminal charges.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Seller and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and successors from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from or related to:

  • The purchase, shipment, possession, or use of any product

  • Buyer’s failure to comply with applicable laws

  • Any failure or limitation of geo-fencing or compliance systems

Nothing in this Policy expands Seller’s liability beyond the limitations set forth in the Terms & Conditions.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARTS

Buyer is solely responsible for verifying correct fitment and compatibility of all recreational vehicle parts, including comparison against manufacturer parts manuals.

Buyer assumes all risk associated with installation, use, or modification of vehicle parts and waives any claim against Seller for errors in selection, installation, or use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

WELDING SUPPLIES

Welding products are intended for use by trained and competent individuals. Welding involves inherent risks including fire, injury, and property damage.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for safe handling, proper use, and compliance with safety standards and agrees to indemnify Seller from claims arising from misuse or unsafe application of welding products.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase, Buyer affirms that they:

  • Are at least 18 years of age

  • Have read and understood this Policy

  • Accept responsibility for legal compliance

  • Assume all risks associated with purchase and use
