Shipping Terms
SHIPPING TERMS
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Shipping Policy governs all shipment-related matters for purchases made from R/R Sports International, Inc. d/b/a Blaze Powersports (“Seller”) and is incorporated by reference into the Seller’s Terms & Conditions.
ORDER PROCESSING
Same-Day Shipping
Orders received and fully paid by 11:00 AM Central Time on business days are normally shipped the same day.
Orders received after 11:00 AM Central Time, on weekends, postal holidays, or during periods of operational disruption will be processed on the next available business day.
No Shipment Days
Seller does not ship orders on:
Saturdays or Sundays
U.S. postal holidays
Days of extreme or unsafe conditions, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, carrier shutdowns, or other circumstances beyond Seller’s reasonable control
Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
Seller ships using commercially reasonable carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional or national carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.
Seller reserves the right to substitute carriers or service levels where necessary to complete delivery.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Seller is not responsible for:
Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Refused deliveries
Undeliverable shipments
Additional shipping charges resulting from address errors are the Buyer’s responsibility.
SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Seller is not responsible for carrier delays, service interruptions, customs delays (if applicable), or events beyond Seller’s control once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer when the order is tendered to the carrier.
Seller is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after carrier pickup
Theft after delivery (“porch piracy”)
Carrier misdelivery
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Reporting Requirement
All damage or loss claims must be reported to Seller within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery or confirmed loss.
Documentation
Buyer must provide clear photographs of:
The damaged item
All packaging materials
The shipping label
Carrier Claims
Buyer must cooperate fully with the carrier’s claims process, including filing claims where required.
Replacement Policy
Replacement shipments will be issued only after carrier confirmation or claim approval, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Seller does not ship free replacements while claims are pending.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions.
Buyer is solely responsible for determining the legality of shipping, possessing, and using products in their jurisdiction.
Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipment of any order believed to violate applicable laws or carrier restrictions.
FORCE MAJEURE
Seller shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather or natural disasters
Carrier service disruptions
Labor shortages or strikes
Government actions or emergencies
Power outages or system failures
