History
Baoding Balls date back to the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) in Baoding, China. Originally used as solid iron training tools by soldiers and scholars, they were later refined into hollow, decorative balls with internal chimes. Today, they are widely used for hand conditioning, relaxation, and focus.
