RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This policy governs all return-related matters and is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions.

RETURNS

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of delivery as confirmed by carrier tracking.

Condition Requirements
Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components. Items showing installation, wear, damage, fuel exposure, or alteration are not eligible and may be refused or returned at Buyer’s expense.

Restocking Fees
Most approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Rear ATV axles are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

RMA Requirement
All returns require a valid RMA issued prior to shipment. RMA must be clearly marked on the package. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Inspection and Approval
All returns are inspected. Approval is at Seller’s sole discretion. Inspection results are final.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow all return requirements. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Batteries

  • Electrical and electronic components

  • Body kits

  • Installed or attempted-installation items

  • Items exposed to fuel or fluids

  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Damage claims must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Buyer must provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label and cooperate with carrier claims. Replacement will occur only after carrier confirmation or claim approval.

GENERAL TERMS

Seller reserves the right to refuse returns for non-compliance, abuse, fraud, or excessive return activity. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Marketplace purchases are subject to the marketplace’s return procedures.
