TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

  1. Agreement
    These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern access to and use of this website (“Site”) and all purchases made through it. The Site is operated by R/R Sports International, Inc. d/b/a Blaze Powersports (“Seller”), including its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and successors.

  2. Eligibility
    By using this Site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  3. Products, Safety, and Buyer Responsibility
    Buyer is solely responsible for selecting the correct product for any intended use, including vehicle repair, welding applications, sporting use, or recreational purposes. Many products sold by Seller may be inherently hazardous. Buyer assumes all risk related to installation, handling, storage, and use, and agrees to follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, safety procedures, and applicable laws.

  4. Restricted Products and Legal Compliance
    Buyer is solely responsible for determining whether any product is legal to purchase, possess, transport, import, ship, or use in Buyer’s jurisdiction and delivery location. Seller does not provide legal advice regarding product legality. Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected to violate law, policy, or safety standards.

  5. Orders, Pricing Errors, and Availability
    All orders are subject to acceptance. Seller may cancel orders, limit quantities, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions. If an error occurs, Seller may cancel the order and issue a refund.

  6. Payments
    Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Seller does not store payment card information. By submitting payment, Buyer authorizes Seller to charge the selected payment method for all amounts due.

  7. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
    Shipping dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer when the order is tendered to the carrier. Seller is not responsible for delays, loss, theft after delivery, incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or carrier failures. Replacement shipments will not be sent at no cost unless a carrier claim is approved or required by law.

  8. Returns and Refunds
    All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by Seller’s Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated by reference and controls all return-related matters.

  9. Privacy
    Personal data collection and use are governed by Seller’s Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

  10. Marketing Communications
    Buyer may receive transactional communications. Marketing communications are sent only with opt-in consent and may be opted out at any time. Transactional communications are not affected by opt-out.

  11. Disclaimer of Warranties
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  12. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SELLER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

  13. Indemnification
    Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from all claims arising from misuse of products, violation of law, or breach of this Agreement.

  14. Prohibited Conduct
    Buyer may not misuse the Site, engage in fraud, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, or interfere with Site operations.

  15. Intellectual Property
    All Site content is owned by Seller or its licensors. Buyer is granted a limited, revocable license for lawful shopping purposes only.

  16. Governing Law and Venue
    This Agreement is governed by Louisiana law and applicable U.S. federal law. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Louisiana state or federal courts.

  17. Modifications
    Seller may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

  18. Severability and Assignment
    If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Seller may assign this Agreement without restriction.
