WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

No Warranties of Any Kind

R/R Sports International, Inc. d/b/a Blaze Powersports (“Seller”), including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates, provides all products strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” No express, implied, or statutory warranties are made, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All items are inspected before packaging and shipment.

Universal Scope of Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to all categories of goods sold, including but not limited to: powersports parts, toys, jewelry, self-defense items, sporting goods, welding supplies, sandpaper, knives, swords, and any other product offered for sale.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyer assumes full and exclusive responsibility for selecting, installing, handling, and using any product purchased. Photographs, diagrams, compatibility notes, and product descriptions are provided for reference only; final responsibility for determining suitability rests solely with the buyer. Seller’s agents, employees, or representatives are not authorized to create any warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding product performance or compatibility.

Exclusions from Coverage

No warranty applies to damage or failure arising from: improper handling, misuse, abuse, or neglect; incorrect, defective, or unsafe installation; interaction with other malfunctioning or defective parts, systems, or components; alteration, modification, or customization of any product; use in racing, competition, extreme environments, or purposes not intended by the manufacturer; and normal wear, tear, and consumable degradation.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is found to be damaged or defective at delivery, buyer must notify Seller within 3 days and must strictly comply with all requirements under the Seller’s Returns/Exchanges/Damage Claims Policy. Seller’s sole and exclusive obligation is, at its discretion, limited to replacement or refund.

No Consequential or Incidental Damages

Seller shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to: labor costs, repair costs, loss of use, vehicle or property damage, personal injury, downtime, or lost income.

Transfer of Risk Upon Shipment

Title and risk of loss transfer to buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Any shipping-related damages must follow the Seller’s Returns/Exchanges/Damage Claims Policy.

Inherent Risk

Certain products sold, including but not limited to knives, swords, self-defense items, welding supplies, sandpaper, and recreational or mechanical parts, involve inherent risks. Mechanical work, installation, or use of such products may expose the buyer to danger, including but not limited to fire, electrical shock, personal injury, property damage, or death. Welding supplies specifically carry heightened risks of burns, fire hazards, toxic fumes, explosions, and electrical shock. Buyer acknowledges these dangers and affirms they have proper training, supervision, and safety equipment before use. Buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for all such risks. Buyer further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, injuries, deaths, property losses, or legal actions brought by third parties resulting from buyer’s possession, handling, installation, or use of any product.

Entire Agreement

This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement regarding warranties across all product categories. No oral or written statement, representation, promise, description, or advice made by Seller, its employees, agents, affiliates, or representatives creates any warranty, guarantee, or obligation not expressly stated herein.
